I love my hotspot!

Wow my hotspot is the best! I've learned how to use it just right and it's worked wonders for me and all my clients. It's become my handy dandy go with me everywhere gadget. All I have to do is turn it on and presto - I've got google juice. Wow talk about hot - this is a must have for every real estate professional on the go.

Just today I was out shopping and ran into a friend who asked me about buying a new home. She said to me...can you send me the information on a house that I saw that I really like when you get back to your office?

Well of course you know who was ready, willing and able to produce that google juice on the spot - hotspot that is!

She was amazed that I pulled out my ipad and connected up to MLS on the spot. She says to me - good grief - you're so on top of this techie stuff! It was seriously fun to WOW her and the other folks standing around us.

Awesome, you techno-savvy Maven. I was about to follow your lead when I got derailed by a salesman at the Verizon store. Instead of the hot spot, I decided to purchase a Samsung tablet that is web-accessible rather than wi-fi (I was going to purchase a tablet anyway), but it is also a mobile hot spot. So, the wife and I can both use it when we're out and about. You've gotta love being in business with the cool tools we get to play with!

Sheila it has made thing so much smoother and easier. I'm connected wherever I am. Very good stuff.

Fred very cool. We don't have 4 G here that I'm aware of. Must be a lot faster. Sometimes it can be a bit slow but I'm patient cause it's just such a good little tool to have no matter what.

Mike yes we're with sprint so they're not there yet. The one thing we decided on the hot spot is that it will connect up several computers, ipads etc. Since we work and travel together we only need one connnection. Saves a few bucks.

John - I like that - have ipad will travel. It's such a cool little device. So easy to use. I went to a really good glass awhile back on apps etc for use in real estate and setting up an ipad. I'm so organized it's scary!!

Tom - I'm sure you could use it on home inspections. Between and ipad and being connected it would be easier to access whatever you need.

Roger - really? I didn't know that about you. It's really very simple. It's just a little box that goes with me in my purse. If I need it I turn it on and it connects automatically to my ipad. Easy Peasy.

Larrry & Sheila - hahaha 8 track. When were they in style? Was that the 70's or 60's. How quickly we forget. Go get one....and take a class to set it up propertly for real estate. It's awesome.

Tammmy - I'm surprised you don't have one. You're the queen of tech!
