The inventory of Condos for sale in Reston was about 180 homes active on the market as of the 1st of December 2007 with new contracts running at about 25 a month.  Consequently, the absorption rate for these homes is about 7 months on the market.  Condos appear to be selling off at a considerably slower absorbtion rate than Townhomes and Singles in the Reston area.
