Happy New Year Joe--I would like to learn more about La Cuentista also.  How do sales stack up with comparable neighborhoods?

Ouch...I just typed a response and deleted it by accident.  I am sorry for the delayed response, the holidays and another event have kept me away from AR for most of the New Year.

Eloise and Kent:

La Cuentista is in a beautiful setting with outstanding Mountain and City Views!  I have a working relationship with Homes by Marie, during the Parade of Homes, we had unending traffic through the communtiy, and interest in the "New North Albuquerque" was very high.  This is also, the first all "Green" community in the city of Albuquerque.  The new high school and the Paseo del Norte extension will help drive and influence development of the area.  For infromation directly from the development, refrence http://www.lacuentista.com.  If looking for a home for yourself or one of your clients, be sure to visit Homes by Marie!  I can update with a bit more information in the coming days if interested.  I had a posting with some pictures of the area along with captions, but deleted that when I struck a wrong key on my laptop. ( I may have just learned to draft on word and cut and paste, a tip to prevent!)
