Craig, your like me. When I need a lift I always turn to my children's photo. Nothing can bring a smile to my face faster than my children. Thanks for sharing.
I know that when my professional life throws me frustrations and curves, I seek solace in my family. This photo is a reminder of the simple joy that love brings us - the ripple on the water and the colors are lovely. Sending you positive thoughts. D

Indeed, the simple times... What's weird is time is going to fly by and all of a sudden you look around and all your kids are grown and off on their own adventure. I love my treasures, those wonderful simple moments frozen in time... great memories.
Rene - can we just stop the clock for a while! make the days and years count - glad to see you :)
Sorry Craig, i have been reading my favs but haven't had time to comment as of late...keep your spirits high and enjoy the son time above all else!
AHHHH so true " the simple things in life are sometimes the greatest of all!"... I haven't been to class...shame on me...need to get going.
That is a very sweet photo but good thing Riley Rover and I were not there. We would have water and sand and chaos everywhere!

Cheryl - Riley is welcome anytime, that would have been fun too! :)
What a great photo Craig...thank you for sharing it with us.
Craig, your photo speaks louder than words. Don't lose track of this picture, I believe that when your son is older this will represent a precious time to him. Maybe a great gift when he turns 21?
Coming across an old picture that you have such positive associations with is a great thing.
