Hi,

I Found this great website that has a home improvement calculator. It will calculate the cost of materials as well as installation costs. And it will use your zip code in the valuation to reflect costs in different areas. I think this is a great tool we can use to help buyers and sellers.  I have seen this site before. I can not speak for other trades, but it always seems to under estimate the electrical portion of the projects.
