The Florida State Exam Pass Rate for Sales Associates


The number of first time test takers for the Florida State exam in January 2012 for Sales Associates is 767. The number of students who passed the test the first time is 369, leaving 398 failing the exam.
In January of 2012, there were 942 retakes on the state exam and only 307 of those retaking the exam passed.
Overall, in January 2012 there were 1709 exams given, and out of those exams 676 people passed and 1,033 failed. This leaves the overall passing rate at 39,56% and the fail rate at 60.44%.
The test takers have increased as have the amount of students attending our Pre Sales Associate Class. More people seem to be interested in getting a real estate license. This is a good sign for the economy.

Morning Wayne, Interesting stats. Not sure if the pass rate indicates the degree of difficulty, available taining or level of talent applying for licensure.
Wayne, Very interesting stats. I hear season agents talk about how many new agents seem to lack some level of understanding about the business they are in. I think it has both to do with level of training and talent of people applying for licensing
Hi Captain Wayne. I am one of the lucky ones who passed on their first try. I did it in 2006. It was an extremely challenging exam.
