It is that time of year where we have our annual office Christmas Party. Everyone gets dressed up and we have a lot of fun and we spend a lot of money.

This year we decided because the market has shifted we are going to have a potluck on Tuesday the 18th right after team meeting and take the money we would have spent on an elegant evening and give it to those in KW Midvale family that might be struggling and make sure they have a Merry Christmas.

For more or giving

Great job, I hope more people remember those who have nothing.

Rob - that is a beautiful gesture and I'm sure the struggling family will appreciate it.  Sharing and caring are so much more important than pomp and circumstance.  Merry Christmas!

What a great idea! Those families will really appreciate what you have done for them this Christmas.

Good idea!  Great idea:  hold an auction for all of the potluck items.  At Keller Williams Realty Tulsa Metro Group we do this on a pretty regular basis.  The very first one I attended was a dessert auction.  We raised $2500 in about 15 minutes for our families in need.  Afterwards, of course, we share the food with each other  :)

For a minute there I thought I was reading a post from someone in my own office!

We decided to do the exact same thing on Tuesday the 18th we are having a potluck & taking donations for Courtkids.org instead of the classic gift exchange.

Kudos to you & your office!
