LISA:  I have never seen a home that looks quite like this before.  I love all of the gables and the architecture.  Many homes with 3-car garages have an overwhelming look to them.  This one doesn't.  It actually looks bigger than 3200 sq ft from the outside.  What is the listing price?

Oh Adam - I knew I forgot something!!! At least it wasn't 100 color flyers.  The price is $995,900.  Normandy Park is about 5 miles or so south of Seattle city limits, and it's a very small city that people find very desirable.  Most of the lot sizes are 14,000+, though this one is just shy of 8000.  So location plays quite a bit in the price, but the builders have been around for 4 generations and put out great quality homes, so this will be a beautiful home when completed.
