10 Comments on Nature's Estates Ready for First Release of Luxury Vacation Homes for a Fraction of the Cost

Donna, I absolutely LOVED seeing the floor plans!  The spaces are bright and open and the amenities look wonderful.  I am so interested to hear how this fractional ownership takes off.

Your listings?  Very nice.  Is this essentially a time-share?  By the way, I like your wreathe on your profile photo.  Very nice.

Donna, I love your holiday reaf!  That's cute.  Nature's Estates look very nice.  You made a great presentation.

Carole:  Thank you for your comment.  I've enjoyed being in on the ground floor of this development.  It's been a great learning process.

Margaret:  They shudder at the word time share since fractional ownership does offer some differences.  I've tried to reference sources in my various posts that can explain the difference far better than I.  My company has the exclusive on this development.  I thought the wreath looked cheery!  Thanks.

Robert:  Thank you for your comment.  We are very excited about Nature's Estates and I am enjoying being in on the ground floor as this development breaks ground.

Donna,

Looks like a nice area. That is a great price there for that much square feet. Have you sold any of these yet?

By the way, that is a nice logo of your name.

Donna,

I am curious myself to see how well the "Fractional Ownership" takes off in the North Georgia Mountains. You may or may not know, I sold the guys this property and I too have enjoyed seeing this development come to fruition. I will have to check out your previous posts to find out just exactly what the difference is between fractional ownership and time sharing. Great looking post!

Hi Donna,
Looks like it is going to be a great resort (beautiful too!)

Chad:  I didn't realize you sold the property so I know watching the progress of this resort is of great interest to you.  It will be interesting to see how fractional ownership works out for us.  You see a lot of it in Florida and in the resort areas out west.  Sounds like the way to go for people who will only be using their house a few times a year and do not want all the maintenance, plus buying in fractions make it must more affordable.

Cynthia:  I am looking forward to having such a luxury resort in the Blue Ridge area!  It's very exciting. Thank you for your comment.
