I make it a habit to write article topics on Word and/or save articles for the week as a draft. I email myself weekly To Do's on what to write about. Writing and maintaining a successful blog requires that you keep up with it all!

Thanks for the recommendations and sharing some reminders on what to blog about.

Thanks for the great ideas. I'm surprised I hadn't seen the help my agent blog before, though I do read the tech blog. I like the idea of scheduling the topics - my posts have always been more.. organic..?

Thanks for the supportive comments Marlene, Ricardo, and Bill!

Geordie-I definitely think organic is the way to go...being an agent you run into great topic ideas daily. I have worked with several agents that get overwhelmed by adding blogging to their schedule, so I just try guiding them in the right direction and hopefully they can take it from there!
