Do your price reductions compare to Walmart's Rollbacks?

rollback

I'm not quite sure that this would make me put extra Fritos in my buggie.

I'm also pretty sure I would not be bummed if I have bought Fritos yesterday for 2 cents more.

Please know, as an agent, I want to get you the most amount of money, in the least amount of time, with the least amount of problems as possible.  This is why I spend so much time talking with you about pricing and days on market BEFORE I list your home.

You see changing your price 2 thousand dollars 6 weeks after listing is as silly as changing it 2 cents.

Price it right from the beginning and your buyer will come!

Please let me know if you have any questions.

I'd love to discuss the market with you.

Laura, as agents pricing our listings correctly is one of the most important things we can do for our clients. Good stuff.

Laura, You are so right about pricing it right at the beginning.  Good point of dealing with it upfront with your clients.

Hi Lara,

I agree with you on your Frito pricing analogy.

Also, I'd agree about pricing correctly right out of the gate, I'm a firm believer of "positioning" a home properly for the market.

Great point and a great visual.  The price rollback is not even worth the effort it took to advertise it.

Here's my two cents worth...I agree with Laura, price it right to start with and don't make changes unless the changes are impressive.
