Portsmouth Gets New Circuit Court Building

After asking for more than a decade, Circuit Court judges are finally going to get a new building.  It should be built by 2010.  The building will be three stories built with brick and a stone court.  The courthouse will have updated security, more handicapped spaces and additional space for records and courtroom's.  The building will sit across from the current city hall.
