fingerIn an effort to help a customer find a home I emailed a few listings to him.  This was the least egregious error (of many) in the entire listing.

How else am I going to be able to post about giving the finger? *teehee*  Come on!

By the way, it also say there is an Above Ground Pool.

I hear if you chew enough Bazooka Joe bubble gum and save all the wrappers you can trade them in for a baseball cap or a Florida real estate license.

My next favorite listing "pick on" was the driving directions so IT CAN BE FOUND AND SOLD FOR THE LISTING AGENT read:

The needle in the haystack is over there ~~~>

I sent Dad to show houses with a client once when an emergency came up.  (Dogs ran off, client -- dog lover -- understood.)  I had promised to take pictures and make Real Estate Shows for the wife who wasn't able to go along.  Dad took pictures with his thumb in nearly every frame, and we all had a great laugh over those Shows.  "And here's Dad's thumb in the living room .... and if you look under Dad's thumb here you'll see they have a very nice tile backsplash ..."

Nope, nada - my favorite pictures are the ones with the rear view mirror. Geez, Realtors can't even get out of the car!

That's some above ground pool.  Where can I get one?  Homes with above ground pools tend to sell for less here, maybe you can get them down on price because of that.  LOL

Chris, that's too funny! I can't believe an agent wouldn't notice that and correct it!  By the way, great title for you post! I had to click and check it out.

That would have been such an easy fix. And it would have been a beautiful photo without the finger... except for the storm clouds. I like bright blue, sunny skies in my photos. We wouldn't want to ruin our Sunshine State motto.

Chris,
Too funny about the Bazooka Joe gum!!  I think we have that here in Myrtle Beach as well.  Either that or the prize in a box of Cracker Jack's is a real estate license!!
