Currently there are 7 units available for sale in Villas at Swan's Nest.  They are all two bedroom units, range in price from $335,000 to $449,000 and include one deed restricted unit.  15 condos have sold so far in 2007, the average sales price being $387,660.  The complex is a pet friendly area with lots of open space for both animals and children to enjoy.  Villas at Swan's Nest condos are reasonably priced units in a great location.  If you are looking for your primary residence, a second home or income property, Villas at Swan's Nest deserve a look.
