Do you find yourself slowing down right now? Finding time to stop and enjoy the holiday season, spending time with friends and family? These are important things however – I will challenge you to think a bit differently.

This time period – between Thanksgiving and the end of the year – should be your BUSIEST time of the year. Crazy – my wife and family would say yes – genius I say.

What better time to get it all together, find out the errors that you have made over the last 11 months and get thing put into place to make it a magical year for your real estate practice this next year.

January 1 is simply too late. You need to be running in this business. You need to hit the ground and explode January 1, not start ramping up then.

History with my over 13,000 coaching clients has shown me – the agents that are first out of the gate every year win. Period – they make more money, have more deals, are better with their focus and with their marketing. It should begin now.

Enjoy your holiday season – yes. But…

Focus on planning, marketing, and strategy. Your 2008 will show a difference.

Start today.
