This is a bit of an experiment on my part, as I want to see if it is possible to link my blog to the video that I produced of a listing that I currently have on the market in Woodinville, WA.  If anyone has any advice on how best to post a video, please let me know!

REAL ESTATE CASE STUDY 

The Challenge

Selling a home using traditional advertising is costly and the results aren't easily tracked. Advertising listings can cost a realtor $1,000s of dollars a month: newsletter production and direct mail costs $290; online ad $300; newspaper ad $500; print ads $3,000 to 4,000 per ad; virtual home tour $80 to $400 per home.

The Solution

Agree that sound is 40% of the video experience and to have just Kenny G working it so there is not dead air is like a BLT without the B. The audio for this one makes me think Hal the computer's female component, elevator muzak kind of read to be script by announcer lady. Your voice, talking one on one, salt and peppered thru the video would put you in front of the camera, part of the experience as you open house, show this listing. You can do it.
