Many of you probably will agreed with me, and many of you will think otherwise. As time pass by, and I look at the real estate career, it amaze me to see how cold people get.
This business is all about providing a service. We open the door for many people to reach their dreams of owning their first home. We must be knowledgeable in our field, but we must be careful not to cross the line to just know the manual and not keeping up with the real needs.
Many of my colleagues speak of Baby Boomer's like a factory of money moving toward us. When they stop being people that will need our services, and become a way to make money, then it does not matter how accredited you are because they can feel.
Let's give them the respect that we want us to receive. Good communication, good listeners, understanding their positions, being professionals is what all people look. Instead of becoming so focus in how we will look in paper, why don't we take the time to really help the elders that are not baby boomer's and need us.
Life is short, and serving others is the most rewarding pleasure. When you stop idolizing money, and start to love people, the doors will open by itself.
