Hi Cindy - to answer your question about positioning the photos:
when you upload the picture, click on the 2nd tab that says APPEARANCE then you can use the drop box to select right or left, top or bottom. add a little "padding" around it with the horiz and vert space. I often put the pictures in first, then fill up the blank spaces with text. You can always cut and paste the text to move it around. Dont' forget to put a title with your pics as that is important SEO stuff too.... like home for sale in Sun City West, or real estate in Arizona - it's all good. If you save it as a DRAFT a few times you can play with how it looks. Good luck.
