2006 is soon to be behind us at this point and now it is time to look at what we will be facing in 2007!
With the market correction, I see a LOT of opportunity in both Palm Beach and Martin Counties. Those people who have been procrastinating about making that purchase should be putting their procrastination aside and make that purchase THIS YEAR.
WHY, we have a lot of inventory to choose from. We have some really great prices. Average price has slid $40 to $60,000 and in some areas even more. Once we work off the excess inventory, we will see the market stabilize and when it does, it WILL stabilize at a higher price. Not the crazy prices of 2005, but a more realistic price, but it still won't be as low as they are for the first 2 quarters of 2007.
