Keith...Yes you do, my gem to give away for the day..........How do you get 25% of the deal with no expenses out of pocket.....???

make a nice presentation that states the deal is $__________ dollars for 75% of the property. Will there be questions... Sometimes yes there will be, sometime they will just say, OK

Who gets the other 25%...Why I do of course, someone has to put it together and move it later for a profit..OK?
Why should I pay you 25%...Because it's my deal, and those are my terms, NEXT
But I don't want a partner.....Then we could discuss buying me out now, and you will still be under market value at closing
