Do you like to Fish? Huge Fishing show in Houston Texas

Where: George R. Brown Convention Center, 1001 Avenida De Las Americas Exhibit Hall A, Houston Texas, 77010, 713-853-8000. This is in downtown Houston with easy access

To all of the freeways.

When: Starts Wednesday, February 29th and lasts 5 days through Sunday, March 4th

Hours: February 29 Wednesday through March 2, Friday 12:00 noon to 9:00 p.m.

Saturday March 3, 2012 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Sunday March 4, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Admission Price:Adults - $9.00 Children (6-12) - $2.00

This is the 37 TH annual Fishing Show and is the biggest consumer fishing show in the entire United States. The show will cover over 200,000 square feet of space.

The show‘s main theme is emphasizing fishing tackle, fishing boats and all facets of the sport of fishing will be covered.

Education: There will be numerous fishing clinics held each day plus a special “How to” session on Saturday and Sunday for children. All classes are being taught by fishing experts.

I am not a fisherman but sometimes I think I wish I was as going fishing looks like a great way to relax and forget about all the details of business. This has to be a go to event for the fishermen who live in the Katy or surrounding areas to attend. If you attend enjoy yourself and send me message telling me your favorite part of the show.

You're throwing out the right kind of bait to attract fishermen Bob. I grabbed the hook - I love to fly-fish - although, I haven't been doing it often enough lately. There's nothing like standing in a river or stream and getting into the rhythm of fly-fishing. It's quite zen. :)

Bob my friend, I sure would be at this here 37th Annual Huge Fishing Show in Houston in a hart beat, if I there! There sure are always mighty fine Seminars to attend and learn some mighty fine strategy tips.

Its sure been over 11 years since the last time I was able to enjoy attending the Fishing Show there in Houston, which is also the amount of time I have lived up in this here area. Not only was trip for going to show, but it was also to visit my family out side of Houston.

I sure do know there will a whole lot of folks that will be attending the show!

Bob, fishing sure is a mighty fine way to relax, and to just be a part of the outdoors!
