The main reason for an escrow cancelling is misunderstanding and miscommunication between the parties involved. Many buyers are unprepared and uneducated to make a home purchase. Likewise; many sellers have never sold real estate before. As a real estate professional with hands on experience specializing in buyer and seller representation; if both parties are well informed and educated regarding the process; the transaction is more likely to close. Communication works wonders!!!!
