Previous Market Updates on the Apollo of Marco Island have more photographs and additional statstical information.  There has not been much activity in the building as of late.  It is important to remember that this is one of the few buildings on Marco Island that allows weekly rentals which for those that are looking to be able to rent their property makes the building more desirable.  Situated at the south end of Marco Island, just before the entrance to South Beach Public access.  Don't forget to watch the sunset at the Tid Bar in the Apollo, visit their website at:  http://www.tidebeachbar.com/.  Activity is as follows:

  • There are 2 3-bedroom units for sale with an average days on the market of 368 and average list price of $1,250,000
