Out of curiosity --what would this home rent for?

Aziz, let me say first that I am not an expert on rental rates, however I combed some of the rental ads for the area and based on those ads I have seen homes renting between about 625-750/month. The latest ad I have seen is advertising 750/month for a 3 bedroom/2bath which is the same size as this one. I hope this helps. If someone were interested in purchasing this home for a rental I would definitely do some more homework.
