Since my November Update there has been some changes in Golden Gate City. Overall Golden Gate City has:
- 159 Active single family homes on the market ranging in price from $239,000 to $499,000
- 24 Pending single family homes ranging in list price from $215,000 to $455,000
- Since January 1, 2006 there have been 190 closed sales ranging in price from $230,000 to $431,000.

This is a community that is right in the middle of all the growth that will be happening here in Southwest Florida and just a minute from the new on/off ramp for I75! Unit 6 of Golden Gate City stats are:
- Since my last report, there has been one Withdrawn and two expired that have not re listed and two pending, which means there is a significant reduction of the inventory in this segment of the city
- There have been 3 price changes and one property that has gone back on the market
- There are 8 Active single family homes on the market ranging from $294,900 to $395,000
- There are 2 pending single family homes with list prices of $290,000 and $335,000
- Since January 1 there have been 22 closed sales ranging from $257,294 to $389,900
