    * There are so many mortgage loans in default that some of the subprime lenders are closing.
    * If you are behind on your payments and owe more than your house is worth, chances are good that we can get your bank to allow you to sell your house for less than you owe them!
    * This has become common practice in some areas within the State of Florida.
    * There are areas where more than half the houses sold recently were sold for less than the amount owed on the mortgage. These are called short sales .
