You know what amazes me about those that are looking for a new home that are searching via Internet?

Why they do not want to talk to a Realtor.

How bad can it be to talk to a Realtor. I thought that talking to the police officer is much worst than ever talking to a Realtor. 

We offer a site that they can do FREE website searches. You might get them on the phone the first time, but after that they have your phone number and will not answer the phone again. Or if they do answer the phone they pretend it is not them and they will be home in a couple of hours.

There is no curiosity from them. Anyone got their opinions as to why they do this.

I know for a fact that in our clients line of work that they would want honesty and not what they are doing to us. 

If you are using the website for free why not let that Realtor know if you are or are not working with another agent. Be Honest. You would want the same curiosity back. 

When you are looking for a good Realtor to be on your side to help you through the transaction of puchasing your new home look no farther.

Susan, Buyers are searching the net first most of the time and that is here to stay, that is why it is so important to have a good web presents and that you come up on the first page of their search.

As far as for curiosity and honest, that would be nice but every type of sales industries have a problem with that.  It is unfortunate but it is something that we all have to battle.
