14 Comments on West Greenwich RI Real Estate for Sale- 6 Acres
Good morning Ginny,
Looks like a lovely 6 acre offering and what a reasonable price! I'm sure someone will snatch this up and start building their dream home!
Congratulations on your listing. Best wishes for a quick and smooth sale.
Hi Ginny,
I would have thought you would have sold this piece of property by now. It's a great looking piece with close proximity to town as well.
Looking to build? It's the location to call and build your new home. Call Ginny for an appoinment to show you the property.
Have a good day in Rhode Island.
Best, Clint McKie
Aerial maps with land always help and the helicopter, out the starboard side of the plane view can add to the special land marketing when no sticks or bricks to showcase, profile. For the RI land buyer to buy and build the "house in his, her head".
Good morning Ginny, Nice listing. I wish you much success with a quick sale & closing. ~Captain Wayne Rowlett~
Hi Ginny.... is this zoned for single family only or could a duplex be built there.....
Ginny: Land is a premium...plenty of options for whomever buys this 6 acre lot.
Ginny....sounds like a good opportunity. I had a similar question as Barbara...I was wondering if two homes (or more) could be built here.
Six acres sounds like a good amount of property. And does "finished" mean it's clear of tree and has water and septic?
Dorie, it is a good opportunity for someone wanting to build.
Clint, interestingly I have had interest but noone who wants to move on with it now.
Lori, it is finding the right buyer.
Andy, grazing land for your moo cows maybe?
Captain Wayne, many thanks
Barbara, unfortunately not...the town restrictions are such that they would need more than double the frontage...
Anita, this is still country in West Greenwich.
Christine, no it is a long narrow lot but no 2 homes.
Chris Ann, I can call you the city girl here...always septic here..and finished means that the approvals are all obtained & it is ready to build on. Those are excellent questions to ask...it certainly means different things depending upon what part of the country you are from! thanks
Ginny I am not familiar with the cost of land around there, but I am familiar with West Greenwich, and that seems like an excellent price for land there.
Ginny, If Joe lived closer he'd scoop that up and build! here we got a lot 100x100 for $350,000.
Hi Ginny .... Wow ! 6 acres gives you some elbow room ........ Nice trees !
and reasonable price too !
Ginny, guess I missed many posts in the last few days, with AR being down when I had a few minutes to post. Cannot believe you still have this beautiful site available! It looks so inviting, and seems very reasonable price wise!
