OFF TO HOUSTON FOR ANOTHER CONNECT REALTY FOUNDERS MEETING.....

HELLO FOLKS! GETTING CLOSER TO "OFFICIAL LAUNCH" OF THIS INCREDIBLE BROKERAGE CONNECT REALTY... SO I'M HEADED OFF TO HOUSTON FOR ANOTHER INFO GATHERING UPDATE FROM THE PRINCIPALS.

I have to tell you that I am more excited today than I have been the ENTIRE journey. With David Boatner (the new CEO) at the helm and with the team he has developed...things are moving forward in a controlled yet exciting pace. He has demonstrated time and time again to be a man of his word, and is leading this company into how I believe Real Estate practice is in all actually done today and CERTAINLY will be in the future: A well supported team of business owners out in our communities conducting top notch business and serving our clients needs all from the convenience of our home offices. (which by the way in CA is being reduced to $77.00) THAT'S IT! It's all about the bottom line...the NET SHEET of our business is where the rubber meets the road. ConnectRealty.com facilitates a profitability in my business that I couldn't touch anywhere else.

I receive checks regularly out of the Company Dollar from the production of my wonderful Realtor Associates that saw the vision and jumped on board. This is a sound business philosophy that we have all known to be true forever: 1% of 100 peoples efforts in addition to a 100% of my own efforts is the ticket to success! (MADE EVEN BETTER BY CONNECT'S 5% OF THE COMPANY DOLLAR! : ) Too good to be true? There are checks in my mail box weekly from Corporate that say otherwise. And we are just getting started!
