Making home improvements is an expensive process.  Sometimes the homeowner runs out of money before he runs out of things to improve.

When it comes time to sell the house the homeowner discovers buyers have a hard time overlooking the things that didn't get done.  In fact, the things that aren't done are what the buyer DOES notice.

Bottom line advice to homeowners, do it all or don't bother.

You have a choice your can do a total remodel, fixing everything from the inside out or you can sell it "as is".  Price it accordingly and you will save yourself a lot of headache and heartache too.
