The nest step I have my clients go through for end of the year planning is asking the question:

Are you clear on what marketing systems you are going to have in your business?

I recommend 4 systems in every business. This should translate to 4-8 consistent transactions a month.

Analyse your marketing systems and expenses and ask yourself if you are getting consistent results from it. Results mean 1-2 deals a month - every month - not 1-2 deals here and there.

You must get aggressive with your marketing message within these systems. You will not get to the next level by being safe and predictable.

I am not interested in your image - I am interested in your results.

Next step is to analyze all of the people you are actively working with.

Are you working with people who are ready willing and motivated to make a decision now?

Here is what I use as a criterion.

Your choices are - get them under contact, get a price reduction fire them.

If this is not possible - move on. You need to be working with people that can make a decision.

Harsh - maybe.

Focused on building your business - without a doubt.

More planning step by steps tomorrow.
