What a ritzy market you're in!

Of course that's all relative. East and West coast is still way up there on housing prices as compared to the south.

I'm originally from NY (south of West Point Military Academy). I don't think that I can handle the cold any more.  :)

I'll take the south!

Hi C. Kim,

I am sorry I realized I didn't write back.  It is snowing like crazy here and only half over.  Now a Nor'easta is coming on Saturday night and into Sunday.  This is like the winters we had when I was growing up.  That was a long time ago.  60 years ago. Oh my.
