How we sell your home online and traditionally

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with DROdio Real Estate, Inc

When we list your home for sale, we'll do "Just Listed" postcards, put your home on the MLS & Realtor.com with 20 photos, and hold open houses, just like a traditional Realtor would. But there's an additional component to our marketing - the online piece - which is just as (or even more) powerful. for_sale_sign_rider.png If the address of your house is "1234 Main St", we'll give your house its very own website with the street address as the web address, like "www.1234MainSt.com". For example, you can find one website we made at www.4914sammyJoe.com. On this website we put 50+ photos of the house and an in-depth description, and we also put a "sign rider" on top of the for sale sign with the street address. Another example is www.417mtVernon.com, which is pictured at left. Pretty nifty, huh? We'll also use this URL to publicize your property on CraigsList.org and other popular websites with high buyer volume.

I've used this technique also - it's a great idea.

Just out of curiousity, where do you buy your sign riders.... with a quantity of 1?  What are they made of?
