When I list homes for sale in Weston FL ...I like to make sure the properties presentation is at it's finest.
Since I needed to keep up with the refurbishment of our home.... I recently started my landscaping project. Since we moved here we have had to do a few renovations while keeping up with the rest of the property. Then I decided it was time to re-do our landscaping.
As you can see....I am very proud of my design. Before it looked very cluttered and most of the plants were over grown and the mulch was just disintegrating and had to be constantly replenished. I decided through past trial and error to go a bit more expensive using two different rocks to make pop. i used lava rock around the perimeter and river rock wrapped around black rubber borders. This way it is not as busy as it was and is a lot more manageable. Less maintenance and space is the key to presenting your landscaping to it's fullest appearance. I also added additional soil and raised up one end to give it a 3D effect.
Homes in Weston FL are constantly going through changes...let your landscaping give you the curb appeal you deserve. A quality overhaul of your exterior will surely add value to your home and why not dress it up for the holidays when visitors come by to celebrate.
