I have read a few blogs tonight about our fellow real estate agents who are in need of prayers. I don't want to call them out, but my point here is...There is a great family here. For fellow agents to pour out their souls to us, (maybe the only family they may have) is awesome...awesome in the fact that there is trust.

They are so down, they may not have a private family, but they hope they have US! AND THEY DO!

United we can help our co-workers with support, not sympathy - I say that because they don't want that. They want inspiration, positivity, and encouragement. They want and need us as friends. They need a support system, which they may not have. They look to us, their peers for advice and encouragement in unfortunate situations.

We must be there for them, we are the fraternity, the sorority, the family, the friends, the shoulder to cry on...

sometimes you have to help those, who have no means to help themselves. Not meant negatively. What I mean is...some people don't have a family, no one to turn to but us as an AR family...Look around...and if you can, give a little support to those who are suffering...

It's the right thing to do...Am I right?
