I "shocked the system" and myself! Anyone know an investor for Miami Beach?

My apartment in Miami Beach has a brand new kitchen now and it looks better than ever. I sat down in the living room and looked out at the Atlantic Ocean and thought "this apartment is worth $575,000.

My agent said I had to drop the price way down...and I did to $395,000. It is a quiet time of year as the holidays approach, and I know in my mind that whoever buys it now is getting a big bargain.

How do I find investors? Do you know any I might contact? Thanks for your help

How about your local Chamber of Commerce? Sometimes they'll hold presentations with topics of interest to investors.

Have you used Craigslist for your area?  What about Ebay for your area?  What about sending out an email blast to all the offices you receive direct mailings from?  :-)

Lois, I believe there are lists of investors that you can narrow down by amounts invested in real estate and specific areas. I just might be worth it to do some Direct Mail (lol) to those. I have gotten some before that were not terribly expensive.

Good luck,

I would send out an email flyer (or have your agent do it) around the country..It's super inexpensive and anyone who has a client or is directly looking should get it...Just make sure the headline and subject of the email explains exactly what it is..."Miami for under $400,000" or something like that.
