with prices this low it's hard to say no, Find yourself a team of people to help you complete your flip starting with a REALTOR specializing in foreclosure properties will get you some of your best deals and secondly the contractor or person who will be doing most of the work to bring back the sparkle to the run down home. stay on time and on budget but do to take into account an allotment of money for the un-forseen which there usually is.
