Kernersville Real Estate absorption rate is holding steady. North Carolina seems to be weathering the storm of the so called credit crunch. I have noticed and not be able to extrapolate statistics of homes that sell quickly and real estate that is just sitting on the market. Homes that are priced right seem to move in about 30 days. I generalize this from homes that I have been tracking. Others that I track waiting for the price reduction that is needed stay on the market. Real Estate is a changing dynamic that has not been seen before. The normal cycle of absorption rates is somewhat skewed from the view of local pockets of growth and other areas of a slump. Since Kernersville real estate did not see a huge jump in prices and there has been Little correction needed to bring prices in line.
