I agree, be bold, and take a chance. If you don't, you will never know what you are capable of doing. The Trump says he makes more money in this type of market. I would think it is because he can buy things at discount of the price, than if he would have if he had bought it in a market of a few years ago. Is he taking a risk? Of course, but no risk, no reward. Great post
