Real Estate Sales Representative with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Toronto Realty

Contemporary dance group Coleman Lemieux Compagnie just made Regent Park their home. The space has been retrofitted from the former Salvation Army Citadel, and they have been actively engaging with Daniels Corporation and Toronto Community Housing in support of the revitalization taking place at Regent Park. The Citadel will be a space of creativity and learning.

Area residents in the revitalized phase 1 and 2 consist of TCHC tenants and new condo owners, anchored by major national retailers in providing shopping and services, and soon to be complete Arts and Cultural Centre with a 400 seat theatre, and Aquatic Centre at the new 6 acre park. The new face of Regent Park continue to attract more new residents and visitors transforming this 69 acre redevelopment into a thriving community.

If you'd like more information on living in one of the completed condos or preconstruction inventory, feel free to get in touch. I'd love to help!

Nice brickwork on this one! Three little pigs could have been happy here. And all still alive too. Not missing two little piggies if they had started out here in the first place.
