Westfield NJ Market Update--Westfieldzapoppin'

Two weeks after my Valentine's day report, sales are nicely pacing vs. new listings.  There are only two more Westfield homes for sale today, for a total of 126.  Of those 12 are in attorney review (that's North Jersey for accepted offer subject to AR)  There are 51 pending srles, in a very healthy proportion to availables.  We are shaping up for a spring of lean inventory and (dare I say it?) possibly, Westfield Real estate prices edging up.
