I applaud you for not taking on the dual agency role. I think too many agents trip down this road and the clients suffer.
Hi Jan, buyers don't understand the role of their agent. They expect you to "jump" and show them the
property and cut their Realtor out of the picture.

Irene - you're right. Explaining agency is becoming more common place now that the market has changed.
Joan - thanks for your feedback. My clients come first. I have had some great sign calls that turned into clients that I still have to this day, but those listings were alraady under contract, allowing me to represent them as a buyers agent. Best of luck!!
