Seminole County is the smallest county in the State of Florida yet one of the wealthiest per capita. Seminole County is 298 SQ Miles. Between 2000-2006 the population has expanded by 11.4%. Most people travel approximately 27 minutes to work and the median household income is $50,842.

Seminole County is comprised of Sanford, Lake Mary, Longwood, Altamonte Springs, Winter Springs, Oviedo and Casselberry.

My home for the past 17+ years has been the wonderful town of Lake Mary. The past 10 years have been a rapid and huge expansion for this city. The city counselors for this area have had great concern as to how their bedroom community was developed and the types of businesses that were allowed into the area. With this concern they have helped keep Lake Mary as one of the most sought after location to live. Lake mary is now the epicenter of Florida's High Tech Corridor. Many leading edge companies have made Lake Mary their home.

Besides a bustling economy, lake mary is lined with miles of nature trails, lakes, top rated schools and luxurious real estate, besides Lake Mary was ranked #4 in the countries top places to live.
