I'm standing on the Active Rain Stage for the very first time. I must admit my knees and hands are shaking a little, but I know this will be the beginning of great things to come. It's a little like the market, if we hang in there, be persistent and listen to the advice and experiences of Realtors and our Rain Family we can weather the storm/market.

All eyes are staring hoping to hear something profound, but all I can muster today is......
