President Kennedy...and so why do we need to have the government create a program to limit Adjustqable rate mortgages when rates are a record 2 year low...go refi into a fixed rate...I lock in a 5.625 this morning with no (yes NO!) discount points....I'll be willing to bet that rates will be down to 5.5 before the end of next week...be sure to call me on this next Friday.
