Look at this chart for South Bay Beach Cities and Palos Verdes Peninsula. Do you see the price per square foot rising??? Yes, So do I. This is the average selling price per square foot in 2006-2007. SO New York City is not the only one that is going up in 2007-2008 for real estate sales prices.
I took all the sold properties from Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, Near PCH,, Hollywood Riveria, Hermosa Beach,Palos Verdes Peninsula. I used sale prices of $1,000,000.00 to $5,000.000.00 that sold in 2006-2007.
Looks to me like high end luxury home sales market is still on the rise.. why don't they put that on the front street of the Los Angeles Times or Eyewitness News...Because tragedy sells... but as ususal we are blessed in the South Bay.
