Twas the days before Christmas
And all through the nation
Not a Buyer was Buying
Despite the homes that were waiting.

Buyers were waiting to find a great deal,
trying to find the perfect steal.
Buyers were saying "We'll wait until spring
that's when we'll be ready to do our thing."

Yet whining and crying around the earth we'll hear
when home prices rise in early next year.
Oh Dear, Oh dear what did we do,
now can we still afford a home old or new?
We missed our chance to buy a great house
the markets a rising, don't we feel like a louse.

So what of the buyer, who's smart as a fox
the one who's not waiting, Until the New Year Rocks
There's foreclosurers, short sales and deals aplenty
And Sellers with plans to move on are ready

The gift of Homeownership is for everyone
prices are low, so buyers have fun
hurry and buy while the time is nigh
take advantage of this home buying time.

You'll need to hurry to accomplish the goal
of Home ownership before the New Year tolls.
My final wish is to one and all
Merry Christmas to you

Convert them. I just converted two "wait til springers"!  Procrastinators are losers! I'd be all over them...

The easiest ones to sell are the ones that say they aren't buying right now. (Duh, then why are you looking now?)

I'm a perfect example. I walk into the BMW dealership, say I'm not buying anything cause I don't want to be bugged the whole time I'm looking. I didn't stop to look, I love that baby blue BMW convertible out front...

I know I went in to buy it...just trying to now let them know that...you know,.negotiations....
