Good morning-yes you are right, it's the extra day that we should all take to get stuff done-my agenda includes shopping for draperies if I'm not snowed out!!!!
I wish there was a way they could let us slip in this extra day when we need it, you know, kiind of like a "floating holiday"................wouldn't that be sweet! Enjoy your extra day.
Shopping? That's the way to spend an extra day Joanna! We have the snow flakes falling here at the moment. Doesn't Mother Nature know its a Leap Year Day not April Fool's Day.
Yes Roger, that would be awesome! My brother always says we need a 'someday' in the week!
Al & Peggy, I think we should rename Leap Day to FUNday and go to an amusement park and ride as many rides as possible and eat cotton candy and corn dogs and...okay, I'm heading to work! Enjoy your day!
After looking out the windows this morning, it appears that we will need an extra day just to rescue all our trees that are literally bent to the ground from the weight of the snow!
I don't even know what to do with myself! It's like a gift from the Gods to have this extra day!
I'll be working more on this extra day we are given. Wish it were a play day.... not complaining thankful for the work!

Al/Peggy...a full day of real estate activities planned. Headed out in just a minute to start today's journey.
My only staging consult today is later in the afternoon, so looks like I have the first half of the day to get some things done around the house and maybe fit in time for a manicure.
Wow, where has this month gone, Al and Peggy? Stay off the roads during the predicted freezing rain if possible or at least drive very carefully.
If only the extra day were going to afford me time to do the 'extras'!!!! Today is our snow day.
It's only 24 hours though. I need more time :)
What I'd really like to do, since today is a free day, is take it off. Not gonna happen though, unfortunately.

DeeDee, we truly do need the eighth day in a week!!
Our extra day was almost a wash out as the weather was miserable all day and with the snow coming down it allowed just for catch up time indoors.
