The activist on my street are convinced values will go down - we were just re-assigned to the new year round elementary school on Laura Duncan!  Talk about some TICKED OFF PEOPLE who moved to this neighborhood for a specific school!

It is great that your neighbors were represented by professional agents who warned them about school assignment fluctuations.  And if they work hard enough, they can likely convince Buyers that their values are dropping.  "Self-fulfilling prophecy" comes to mind.
