If you haven't had the opportunity to visit Vermillion yet, you are missing out!  Personally, it is my favorite neighborhood in Huntersville because it has that small town feel within the subdivision itself.  Of course, Vermillion is part of the greater town of Huntersville, but by having its own village center, which includes Harveys Bar and Grill, it really feels like it's own charming little town.  Not to mention the fact that people of many different price ranges can call Vermillion home.  Of the 10 homes that are currently on the market, they range in price between $225,000 and $569,000, with an average list price of $312,305.  That can appeal to quite a few wallets!  The neighborhood also offers a pool for the residents to enjoy in the warmer months.

There are more than 200 homes in Vermillion and still counting!  There is still quite a bit of new construction to be built in Vermillion.

Within the past 6 months, 19 homes have sold with averages of 2,741 square feet and 99 days on the market, which isn't that shabby given our current market conditions.  The real kicker is that homes in Vermillion are selling for, get ready, 103% of their asking prices!!  That is REALLY good in case you needed me to tell you.
